Missing Teen, 17, Last Seen In Oswego: Sheriff

OSWEGO, IL — A 17-year-old teenager is missing and was last seen Saturday in the 0-99 block of Center Drive in Oswego, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.

Authorities are asking for the community’s help locating Xavier Lishman, who was wearing a black Champion hoodie, black pants and black and white Nikes shoes.
