Oswego Ambulance on Way to Accident Struck by Vehicle

The crash had only property damage and no injuries were reported.

OSWEGO, IL — An Oswego ambulance was hit by a vehicle while on its way to an accident.

According to the Oswego Fire Protection District, at around 7:20 a.m. Wednesday, an Oswego ambulance was heading to a accident at US Rt. 30/34 and Hill Avenue in Montgomery when it was struck by another vehicle.

The ambulance and the vehicle were moved to a nearby parking lot for reporting and injury assessment. The ambulance was unable to continue to the crash scene.
