A cell phone was stolen from a locker room at Oswego East High School, 1525 Harvey Rd., police said.

Someone set up a cell phone account and purchased electronics using the name of an Oswego resident, police said.

A victim in the 300 block of Stoneleigh Lane reported a residential burglary, Oswego police said.

Someone entered an unlocked garage in the 0-100 block of Ashlawn and stole a snow thrower, police said.

Kendall County deputies responded to a a report of a suspicious person parked in the lot at Citgo, 2501 Light Rd. While deputies were investigating that incident, the midnight shift clerk reported another incident three to four weeks earlier in which a male exposed himself through the front window of the business. The incidents are under investigation.

Oswego police are investigating a hit and run in the 100 block of Northhampton in which a blue or dark-colored vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree and damaged grass. Anyone with information on the vehicle is asked to call Oswego police at 630-551-7300.
