OSWEGO, IL — One of the best parts of putting up the Christmas tree is the moment you see it light up. So, after you put up your own Christmas tree head down to Oswego Village Hall for the tree lighting ceremony.
The lighting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Nov. 27 and feature horse-drawn wagon rides, caroling and an appearance by a “very special guest,” according to the Village of Oswego.
Due to large crowds, the event will be held outside so the Village recommends that guests dress warm.
