Oswego Cocaine Dealer Gets 7 Years in Prison: State's Attorney
He will also be on probation for 30 months for a separate cocaine-related arrest.

OSWEGO, IL — A 26-year-old Oswego man has been sentenced to seven years in prison for dealing cocaine.
Deashon T. Fultz, of the 5700 block of US Route 34, delivered cocaine to an individual on multiple occasions starting in December 2013 until January 2014, according to Kendall County State’s Attorney Eric Weis. Fultz last delivery of cocaine was over 15 grams which made him a class x offender. Fultz’s matter was set to go to trial in June 2015, but he was arrested again for a separate drug transaction that occurred on June 12, 2015, Weis said.
During that transaction, Fultz again delivered a lesser amount of cocaine to an individual in Kendall County. For his original delivery of cocaine, Fultz received a 7 year prison sentence along with three years of mandatory supervised release. Once he completes his first sentence, Fultz will have to complete an additional 30 months of probation for the delivery of cocaine which occurred in June of 2015. Weis said that if he fails on his term of probation, he could be resentenced to the Illinois Department of Corrections for an additional 3 to 14 years.
