Oswego Dentists To Participate In Free Dentistry Day

Patients can make an appointment at Station Side Dental Care for free teeth cleanings, fillings or extractions on Free Dentistry Day.

OSWEGO, IL — A dental office in Oswego is participating in Free Dentistry Day Sept. 10 to offer community members teeth cleanings, fillings or extractions.

Dr. Wooyoung Choi, Dr. Trupti Sabhnani and their teams at Station Side Dental Care, located at 3419 Orchard Road, will offer free services by appointment from 8 a.m. to noon.

According to CareQuest Institute for Oral Health, more than 76.5 million adults in the United States are without insurance. Free Dentistry Day is held as a way to help those who aren't able to regularly visit the dentist.

"Dental health is a vital part of a person's overall health," Sabhnani said in a statement. "Through our Free Dentistry Day, we hope to educate patients on the importance of dental health and encourage them to adopt an ongoing oral care regimen."

Insurance is not required. Appointments at Station Side can be scheduled by calling 331-717-0251 or visiting the practice's website.
