Oswego Foundation for Education Excellence To Host Annual Einstein Family 5K

Annual 5K to provide classroom grants for items used to educate students within district.

Oswego, Ill. (March 18, 2016) — The Oswego Foundation for Educational Excellence (OFEE) will host its annual Einstein Family 5K Run/Walk.

OFEE will hold the Einstein Family 5K on Sunday, April 17 at 8 a.m., at Oswego East High School. The race benefits OFEE in providing classroom grants for items used to educate students in Community Unit School District 308.

The team competition for School District 308 employees is new this year. Employees must create a team from within the district. The School District 308 team that finishes first receives a traveling trophy and the honor of Einstein 5K Champions for next year.

First place finishers in the Men’s, Women’s, Youth Male and Youth Female age groups will win trophies.

Racers can sign up online, here or in-person on race day starting at 6:30 a.m. Admission for the race is as follows:
