Oswego Man Arrested During Stolen Vehicle Investigation: Sheriff

Sheriff's officials said Terrance Dean Fisher, 18, was taken to the Kendall County Jail where his bond is set at $5,000.

OSWEGO, IL — Kendall County Sheriff's deputies said an 18-year-old Oswego man has been charged with criminal trespass and resisting a peace officer for an Aug. 14 incident in the 0-100 block of Fieldpoint Road in Montgomery. Sheriff's officials said they were called to that area at 10:50 a.m. to help Montgomery police investigate a reported stolen vehicle.

Sheriff's officials said during the investigation Terrance Dean Fisher was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, and was also charged with resisting a peace officer during his arrest.

Fisher was taken to the Kendall County Jail where his bond is set at $5,000 and he's awaiting his next court appearance, according to the KCSO.
