Oswego May Take Control of Streets in Ogden Falls

Staff told to begin process of accepting ownership of nine streets.

The Village of Oswego could soon take ownership of nine streets in the Ogden Falls subdivision.

The village board authorized staff to begin the process of taking over nine streets currently owned by the homeowners association in the subdivision, which was built in the late 1990s, according to the Beacon News.

A representative for the homeowners association told trustees that the association has spent $750,000 over the past 13 years on maintaining and repairing the streets. Click here to read the full article.

Ogden Falls is a mix of 320 residences, including single family homes, condos and town homes, located off Route 30 and Route 34.
