OSWEGO, IL - Here's a brief look at some of the calls the Oswego Police Department responded to on Wednesday.
Any possible charge is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent unless proven guilty.
- On Nov. 13 at 5:40 p.m., Oswego police responded to the 600-block of Springbrook Trail for a reported battery. However, police say the alleged victim declined to pursue charges at this time.
- On Nov. 18 at 8:15 p.m., Oswego police arrested John S. Candall, 46, and charged him with three counts of aggravated DUI with great bodily harm, improper lane change, driving with no insurance and driving with a revoked license. He was booked into the Kendall County Jail. He has a court appearance on Dec. 9, 2019.
