Paws In Time Pet Resort Updates Leadership Structure
Paws In Time Pet Resort names two facility managers for their Oswego and West Chicago locations for their dog daycare and boarding locations
Paws In Time, a dog daycare, boarding, training and grooming company, has created a new leadership structure at both their West Chicago and Oswego locations. Long-time employee, Lyn King, has assumed the role of facility manager in West Chicago after helping launch the Oswego location nearly three years ago. Brooke Coulter has been hired to be the facility manager in Oswego.
Brooke Coulter joins Paws In Time with a great deal of experience in the dog care field. Previously Coulter was the manager of Banfield Pet Hospital in Geneva for two years and PetSmart PetsHotel manager in Aurora for ten years. She has a degree in Hospitality Administration and a minor in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University.
“I am excited to see the new heights that can be taken with Paws in Time and the affect we can make on the community and the pet industry overall,” said Coulter. “I look forward to showing the community the top-notch and personalized care that is happening at our facility and the growth that we can make over time. My passion around pets, their care and safety is one I pride myself on and I relish in the possibilities!”

She has filled the role of general manager for several years and assisted in setting up and managing the new location in Oswego since late 2014. “Lyn led our expansion to the Oswego market, while, at the same time, managed West Chicago,” added Nelson. “She has done an excellent job and we can’t thank her enough for putting her expertise to use for the benefit of our clients and their dogs.”
