Person Rooked Out of $1,800: Oswego Blotter
Incidents occurred between March 4 and March 7.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
March 4
Police are investigating a hit and run that took place at the Meijer located at 2700 Rt. 34.
Police are investigating a report of fraud where $1,800 was taken.
March 5
Anthony G. Kelley, 25, of the 0-100 block of Brockway Rd., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams. The incident occurred at Fifth St. and Kensington.
Jon A. Fixmer, 49, of the 200 block of Isleview Dr. in Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Tamera K. Davis, 19, of the 500 block of Metropolitan St. in Aurora, was charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor. The incident occurred at 2700 Rt. 34 and Douglas Rd.
March 6
Oswego police responded to the 0-100 block of Beau Meade for a battery. According to police, a child custody exchange became physical and a woman was struck. The victim refused to file charges.
Police took a report of an attempted burglary and criminal damage to property incident in the 700 block of Cornell Drive.
March 7
Oswego police investigated a retail theft at Meijer.
Oswego police took a report of two vacuums being stolen from Meijer.
Police took a report from a woman who said someone obtained her debit card number and was making unauthorized purchases in Chicago.
Police took a report for a retail theft at Meijer in which one vacuum and a beat pill were stolen.
