Plainfield Woman Strikes House With Car, Oswego Police Say

The driver, a 60-year-old woman, sustained only minor injuries, police said. She was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

OSWEGO, IL - A woman recently struck a tree and house with her car after she left the roadway, according to the Oswego Police Department.

Police responded to the accident on Tuesday around 9:15 a.m. along the 100-block of Seaton Creek in Oswego.

The driver, a 60-year-old woman, sustained only minor injuries, police said. She was transported to a nearby hospital for treatment.

A passenger in the vehicle was not injured, police added.

Police estimate the damage caused during the accident to be around $1,500.
