Police to Crackdown on Motorists Flouting the Law

The Kendall County Sheriff's Office will be on the lookout Nov. 2 for motorists driving impaired, speeding or not wearing their seat belt.

You may just want to stay home Nov. 2. The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office, along with other law enforcement agencies, will be cracking down on motorists not obeying the law.

Drivers who are impaired, speeding, distracted or violating occupant restraint laws will be targeted by police along Rt. 34 in Kendall County.

The enforcement campaign is intended to reduce vehicle collision and increase the safety of the motoring public as they travel in Kendall County, according to a release from the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
