Police Investigating 2 Oswego Home Burglaries
No arrests have been made in either of the burglaries.

OSWEGO, IL — Police are investigating two home burglaries in Oswego that occurred over the past couple of days.
The first incident occurred at around 2 p.m. Oct. 5 in the 100 block of Pineridge Drive. In that instance, a 53-year-old woman found that someone had entered her house and stolen various items.
According to Oswego Police Department Public Information Officer Cathy Nevara, there was no forced entry and the point of entry is unknown.

A list of items taken was not available and police are still working with the victims. It’s also unknown if the burglary was the work of just one person. No suspect information has been established yet.
The second incident is being investigated by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office and occurred sometime between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Oct. 6 in the 500 block of Rance Rd. A 54-year-old homeowner reported that several items were taken from his home. The sheriff’s office is still investigating the incident.
