Police took a report of a criminal defacement of property. A wall was spray painted, causing damage to the siding. The incident occurred at 401 Gloria Lane and Old Post Rd.
Police took a report of a criminal damage to property incident. A door was kicked in and dry wall was damaged after an eviction.

Police took a report of a criminal damage to vehicle incident. Someone threw a rock through a back window of a vehicle. Damage is estimated at $500.
Police took a report of a hit and run incident involving a vehicle. The incident occurred at Jefferson St. and Park St.

Police took a report of an unknown black man who stole packs of cigarettes from the Jewel located at 2540 Rt. 30.
Police took a report from a father about a battery incident that took place at his home between his daughter and another female.
Feb. 8
Shondell Baker, 42, of the 400 block of Newport Ct. in Oswego, was charged with a protection order violation.
Feb. 10
Antonio Taylor, Jr., 21, of the 1700 block of Ravine Park Ln. in Aurora, and Jesus M. Cepeda, Jr., 21, of the 500 block of Seventh Ave. in Aurora, were charged with unlawful possession of cannabis. The arrest occurred at 12 E. Merchants Dr.
Feb. 11
Elbert Phillips, 26, of the 900 block of Symphony in Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence and driving while license suspended. The arrest occurred at Rt. 34 and Pearces Ford.
Feb. 12
Jason M. Scholtz, 25, of the 3000 block of Hoffman St., was charged with driving under the influence, speeding and failure to signal. The arrest occurred at Rt. 34 and Rt. 30.
