Power Lines Fall in Front of Oswego East: Oswego Blotter

Incidents occurred between Feb. 12 and Feb. 18.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.

Feb. 12

Dennis M. Osborne, 41, of the 1200 block of Bangs St. in Aurora, was charged with domestic battery. The incident occurred at US Route 30 and Fifth St.

Feb. 14

Lauren I. Richard, 22, of the 15900 block of Hometown Dr. in Plainfield, was charged with domestic battery. The incident occurred at Parkers Mill and Washington St.

Feb. 16

Mason Lausier, 18, of the 0-100 block of Pickford in Montgomery, was charged with possession of paraphernalia.

Police took a report of a hit and run at Prairiepoint Baseball Field. The fence at the northeast side of the parking lot was damaged.

Feb. 17

Rebecca L. Smith, 35, of the 400 block of Canterbury Ct., was charged with leaving the scene of an accident. The incident occurred at 220 Douglas Road and Towns Crossing.

Victim reported rear of home was spray painted. The incident occurred in the 600 block of Manhattan.

Feb. 18

A vehicle driven by a 55-year-old Oak Lawn man struck low-hanging wires, causing them to fall across the entrance to Oswego East High School. Wires were removed by the utility company until school was dismissed and repairs were later made.
