Retail Theft, Battery, Texting While Driving: Oswego Blotter
Arrests and incidents occurred between Sept. 23 and Sept. 29.

All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty.
Sept. 23
A juvenile was charged with texting while driving and failure to reduce speed. The incident occurred at Fifth and Wolfs Crossing.

Sept. 24
Lina Sciolo, 45, of the 600 block of Manhattan Circle, was charged with battery. The arrest occurred at her home.

Amanda L. Fanaro, 33, of Oswego, was charged with retail theft. The incident occurred in the 2300 block of Route 34.
Sept. 25
James P. Conroy, 58, of the 500 block of Chestnut Drive in Oswego, was charged with an in-state warrant. The arrest occurred at his home.
Amanda Owens, 35, of Aurora, was charged with retail theft and two in-state warrants. The arrest occurred in the 2300 block of Rt. 34.
Sept. 26
Police took a report of someone damaging the front door of a residence in the 800 block of Bohannon Circle.
Charles O’Brien, 46, of Plainfield, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident.
Two 16-year-old juveniles were charged with disorderly conduct. The incident occurred in the 1500 block of Harvey Road.
Sept. 27
Antonio Rocha, 30, of the 600 block of Iowa in Aurora, was charged with driving while license suspended, texting while driving and no seat belt. The incident occurred at Madison and Jackson.
Sept. 29
Nicole V. Plum, 42, of the 100 block of Heathgate in Montgomery, was charged with trespass to land. The arrest occurred at the Walmart at 2300 Rt. 34.
