Sex Offender Caught 'Rubbing Himself' in Oswego Bed, Bath and Beyond: Cops
The 60-year-old man allegedly pulled his pants down, but not his underwear.

OSWEGO, IL — A registered sex offender with a history of exposing himself in public has been arrested after he allegedly pulled his pants down in a Bed, Bath and Beyond, located at 1600 Douglas in Oswego.
James E. Rozema, 60, of the 200 block of E. New York Street in Aurora, was charged with public indecency, disorderly conduct and criminal trespassing for his alleged actions.
Oswego Police Public Information Officer Cathy Nevara said police received a call at around 12:20 p.m. March 4 for the incident. Rozema allegedly pulled his pants down, but not his underwear, and began "rubbing himself," Nevara said.

Rozema had been ordered to stay away from the store after a 2011 incident.
In December 2012, Rozema entered a business in the 300 block of Randall Road in Batavia and exposed and fondled himself within the view of other customers. When confronted, Rozema left the store.

Witnesses later identified Rozema as the offender through a photo lineup. When contacted by police, Rozema acknowledged that he had been in the store at the time of the incident. He was sentenced to prison for the incident.
