Spirit Cheerleading just competed in the US FINALS at the Sears Center in Hoffman Estates. What amazing talent, the competition was fierce for all of our teams. This competition marks the end of the competition season for most of our athletes.
Spirit’s Prep team Frenzy won 2nd place and Team Ambition won 1st place and the coveted white jackets. Team Ambition ends their season undefeated. AGAIN!! This is only their second season and that team has secured two years of straight wins. What a way to end the season. Spirit’s Prep teams are fantastic and so fun to watch. Congratulations girls on an amazing season.
Spirit’s All-Star teams also put on great performances. Most of the All-Star teams faced some difficulty at this point in the season and had alternates stepping in at the last minute. Those team members really saved the performances and did so amazingly on such short notice. Thank you to all of Spirit’s Lifesavers!
Team Pride won 3rd place, Team Legacy and Int3nsity both won 2nd place (missing 1st by fractions of a point). Teams Passion and Envy won 1st place and the coveted white jackets. Team Inspire also won 1st place and the white jackets and this was their 2 year in a row winning this title. Great Job to all of the athletes! Teams Ambition, Passion, Inspire and Envy all also advance to the video round of the Champions Challenge where they will all get a chance to win championship rings. Stay tuned for the exciting results of that round.

Lastly Spirit has two teams that over this season earned their spot and have been invited to compete in Florida at the D2 Summit. This competition is the first one of its kind and Spirit is thrilled to be sending 2 teams to represent them. We want to wish Teams Passion and Envy the best of luck as you compete in two weeks in Tampa.
