Street Parking Allowed During PrairieFest

The Oswego Police Department won't ticket vehicles parked on the street between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m. until June 22.

Those parking on the street during this year’s PrairieFest need not worry about getting a ticket, according to a Facebook post for the Oswego Police Department.

The Village of Oswego has added PrairieFest weekend to the list of dates that vehicles are allowed to be parked on the streets between 2 a.m. and 6 a.m.

There is no need to call for exemptions to the overnight street parking ban. The Oswego PD will begin its regular enforcement of the overnight parking ordinance at 2 a.m. on June 22. All other parking restrictions are still in place.
