But now the Paws In Time experience is available to dog and their owners in Oswego, Naperville and Montgomery. Paws In Time has opened their second location at 456 Treasure Drive in Oswego, within sight of Oswego East High School and close to Rush-Copley Hospital. Julie Nelson is the owner of Paws In Time. Julie’s life-long calling has been working with dogs. She is often described as the “dog whisperer” for the magical touch she has with dogs under her care and in her training sessions at Paws In Time and in dog owner’s homes.
