Temporary Road Closure In Place For Oswego Water Main Installation
A detour will be in place until the road reopens, either when the work is completed or at the end of Monday, officials said.
OSWEGO, IL — The intersection with Grove and Collins roads in Oswego will be temporarily closed Monday, officials announced.
Crews will be installing a new water main from Grove to Minkler roads. The installation is happening ahead of Kendall County's plan to extend the road, according to Oswego police.
A detour traveling through the nearby subdivision will be in place while crews work on the project. The road will open as soon as the work is completed or at the end of the day, officials said.
