A Textbook Case of Larceny

The Limelight Theatre Company's Film Noir Inspired Fall Show October 21 & 22

The Oswegoland Park District’s Limelight Theater Company presents an original fall play, A Textbook Case of Larceny written by Ginger Simons and directed by Brian Brems. The show performs Wednesday, October 21 and Tuesday, October 22 at 7:30pm at Traughber Jr. High School (570 Colchester Dr, Oswego).

The long shadows and dark hallways of Truman Middle School are the perfect setting for mystery in this teenage noir inspired by classic films like The Big Sleep and Double Indemnity. A series of thefts put eighth-grader Casper Keyes hot on the trail of the culprit, but he may be mixed up in more than he bargained for. Try to solve the case along with Casper in this original Limelight mystery staring actors ages 8-13.

Tickets are $8 for Adults and $6 for Students/Seniors. All seats are general admission and tickets can be purchased online or at the door. For more information about this show or to purchase tickets, visit www.limelighttheatrecompany.org. Contact Cori at cveverka@oswegolandpd.org with any questions.
