Time Change Means Earlier Start Time for Route 71 Construction
Construction activities may also create additional noise.
Due to the time change over the weekend, the contractor will be starting Route 71 construction activities before 7 a.m. starting on Monday, Nov.3, and lasting about four to eight weeks, the Village of Oswego announced.
The contractor will be performing varies construction activities which may create additional noise, the village said.
