Waterpark Theft, Bad Crash: Kendall Co. Police Reports

June 29 through and July 1 crime reports from Kendall County.

KENDALL COUNTY, IL —

Friday, June 29

Accident with injuries

Both drivers involved in an accident on Route 47 and Galena Road at 6:20 p.m., June 30 were injured, and one was taken to Rush Copley Medical Center. Yorkville police say officers responded to the scene where Timothy T. Herrick, 60, of the 25000 block of Sandra Lane, Plainfield, was driving a 2011 Chevy sedan southbound on Route 47 and made a left turn onto Galena Road, in front of David. V. Christiansen, 67, of the 3000 block of Charlemagne, St. Charles. Christiansen was driving a 2012 Mercedes-Benz SUV. Both vehicles were majorly damaged and towed from the scene. Police say Herrick was injured but treated at the scene, and Christiansen received minor injuries and was taken to the hospital for further evaluation. Herrick was cited for Failure to Yield.

Domestic battery

Paulina H. Martin, 20, and Bobbie H. Martin, 18, both of the 3oo block of South Madison, Oswego, were both arrested at 3:44 p.m., June 29 following a domestic battery incident in the 300 block of South Madison involving a male victim who Oswego police reported injured. Both Paulina and Bobbie were taken to Kendall County Jail and charged with Domestic Battery.

Saturday, June 30

Retail theft

Leslie Reyes, 21, of the 900 block of Harriet Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 3:17 p.m., June 30 for theft at an Oswego business located at 2700 Route 34 and Mason Square Drive. A reported $45.45 worth of retail was taken before Oswego police arrested Reyes and took her to Oswego Police Department where she was charged with Retail Theft. 10 percent of $1,500 bond was posted and Reyes court date is set for 8:30 a.m., Aug. 14 at Kendall Co Sheriff's Office.

Theft

Yorkville Police reported a theft was reported at the 4000 block of North Bridge Street (Raging Waves Waterpark) at 6:07 p.m., June 30. Police say two cell phones, a debit card and prescription glasses were stolen from a locker, valued all together at $1,340.

Residential burglary

Anthony Vincent Perez, 20, of the 400 block of Green Street, Kewane, was arrested during the early morning of June 30. He was charged with residential burglary.

Sunday, July 1

Domestic Battery

Yorkville police were called to the 500 block of West Kendall Drive for a report of a domestic battery at 8:37 p.m., July 1. That's where Darrell Jackson, 52, of the same address was arrested. He was taken to Kendall County Corrections and is being charged with Domestic Battery.

Aggravated battery

Patrick Lee McCullah, 36, of the 200 block of Fairwind Drive, Montgomery, was sentenced on work release and charged with Aggravated Battery at 6:22 p.m., July 1, according to Kendall County Sheriff's Office officials.

DUI with injury

Kendall County Sheriff's Office deputies responded to the 0-99 block of Boulder Hill Pass, Oswego, at 6:30 p.m., July 1, on a report of a woman who fell on pavement next to her car and appeared injured. Robin Loughman, 64, of that address, was taken to Rush Copley Medical Center to be treated for injures. Loughman was arrested for DUI and taken to Kendall County Jail.
