West Leg of Forest Avenue to Close August 4

IDOT announced that it will close the west leg of Forest Avenue to all traffic beginning on Tuesday, August 4, 2015. The closure is anticipated to last two-weeks, weather permitting.

Crews will reconstruct Forest Avenue and connect it to the new IL 71 pavement. For access to local homes on Forest Avenue, use Judson Avenue. IL 71 and the south leg of the intersection will remain open to traffic. IDOT will install signs for a local detour.
