Its sometimes the things in a politicians life that would appear at first thought, to be insignificant that eventually take on a importance all their own in the careers of those involved in politics. For instance, take the political career of Chris Christi who is thought by many to be a promising candidate for president and then a Bridge entered the picture which just might sink his chances of ever becoming president.
Then democrat, Harry Reid, also had a bridge which played a part in his political life, a bridge which exposed his true character not only as a politician but who he was as a person. (From a article in Investors Business Daily,Titled," the Dishonorable Harry Reid"
"Frank Capotosto of the Mohave County assessor's office noted, "Once they build (that) bridge (Land) values will go up...." It so happened that Harry Reid had, by chance, bought a piece of land that was close to that bridge " connecting Laughlin, Nev., with Bullhead City, not far from his investment property." Whats in a a bridge, apparently Bridges can act like a mirror often reflecting a man's character flaws.
