Bolingbrook Woman Charged With DUI Was Asleep In Car After Hit And Run: Oswego PD
The Bolingbrook woman left the scene of a crash that happened Monday morning near Douglas and Woolley roads in Oswego, police said.

OSWEGO, IL — A Bolingbrook woman found asleep Monday afternoon in the parking lot of Oswego High School was determined to be driving the same car that fled the scene of a hit-and-run crash earlier in the day, police revealed.
Police were notified around 1:12 p.m. Monday of a "suspicious vehicle" in the parking lot of the high school on Route 71, where they found a woman, identified as 51-year-old Michelle Stanton, sleeping in the driver's seat of a car with its ignition on, according to a news release published just after 6 p.m.
Officers said the car matched the description of the one involved in the hit and run near Douglas and Woolley roads earlier Monday.
