Woman Driving Drunk Crashes Into Walmart Handicap Sign: Oswego Cops

OSWEGO, IL — A drunken Thursday night crash in the parking lot of Oswego's Walmart resulted in a 52-year-old woman's arrest, police said.

The crash happened at about 10:26 p.m. at 2300 Route 34. The woman, of Montgomery, crashed into the concrete base of a handicap parking sign, according to a blotter.

She was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and booked at the Oswego Police Department before she was released and issued a notice to appear in court.
