Woman, Teen Punch McDonald's Employee In Face, Head During Fight: OPD

A woman and teenager were arrested and charged with aggravated battery and mob action after a fight at an Oswego McDonald's Thursday.

OSWEGO, IL — A Schiller Park woman and Bedford Park teenager were arrested after getting into a fight with McDonald's customers and employees Thursday evening, according to Oswego police.

Around 7:10 p.m., police were dispatched to the fast food restaurant, at 339 Douglas Road, where 35-year-old Eugenia S. Clark and a 17-year-old boy got into a fight after an argument about a food order, according to police. Officials said that during the argument, Clark and the teen punched a female employee in the face and head and then proceeded to repeatedly punch another female employee who tried to break up the fight.

After the altercation, both women were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries, police said.

Police arrested Clark, of the 4900 block of Harold Avenue, and the boy at the restaurant and took them to police headquarters for booking. Each was charged with aggravated battery and mob action — both felonies — as well as four counts of battery, according to officials.

After processing, Clark was transported to the Kendall County jail, and the teenager was taken to the Kane County Juvenile Justice Center pending court proceedings.
