PALATINE, IL — Eastbound Palatine Road is closed near North Oak Street Monday morning after a traffic crash, according to Palatine officials.
The Palatine police and fire departments responded to the crash near the intersection of East Palatine Road and North Oak Street, according to an 8:40 a.m. post.
Officials said eastbound traffic on Palatine Road is currently closed and warned drivers to expect delays in the area.
Motorists are being encouraged to use an alternate route.
No information was immediately released about injuries, how many vehicles were involved or how long the closure is expected to last.
Village officials said they will provide an update once the incident is resolved.
