With a background in interior design, Leichter wanted to create an upscale, trendy atmosphere that is a step above other establishments she had visited. With comfortable seating inside and outside, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a healthy treat with your family.

Wanting to promote environmental awareness, Bamboo Spoon seemed like the perfect name! The word bamboo conveys an eco-friendly image as the plant regenerates faster than almost any other plant on earth. Bamboo Spoon makes every effort to use Eco-friendly products and has pledged to donate 20 trees each day to non-profit organizations that plant trees in developing countries around the world.
