APPEAL DATES & APPEAL YOUR TAXES SEMINAR

Palatine Township residents will be able to file a property tax appeal with the Board of Review from December 2, 2019 through December 31, 2019. If you filed an appeal with the Cook County Assessor and did NOT get a reduction, or even if you did get a reduction, this is your second chance to appeal your 20198 property taxes. Remember, a reduction in the assessed value of your property can help reduce property taxes.

Also, the Palatine Township Assessor’s Office, along with the Cook County Board of Review and Commissioner Dan Patlak's Office, will be hosting a seminar, “HOW TO FILE AN APPEAL WITH THE BOARD OF REVIEW.” The seminar will be held on December 3rd, starting at 7:30pm, at Cutting Hall in Palatine. Cutting Hall is located at 150 E Wood Street in Palatine.
