Attend ‘Clean Your Home for the Holidays; Take Out Toxic Trash'

This month, Wellness Rising will help interested individuals take a look at how and why we need to take out the ‘toxic trash’ in our homes at an event on Monday, December 11, 2017, from 5:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. at the Elgin American Legion, 820 N Liberty Street in Elgin. Information will be presented on what items can be harmful, and how to successfully remove them. There will also be education on what energy clearing is, from featured speaker Brooke Curran, just in time for the holidays, too!

This event is family-friendly, and will also include a visit from ‘Santa in Chicago’ as a special guest from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. There will be FREE activity stations for the kids, that also have an emphasis on health. As with all Wellness Rising events, local farmers, artisans and wellness professionals will showcase products and services to help individuals on their path to ‘Wellness Rising’.

Wellness Rising events are designed around real healthcare with a focus on prevention, and teaches those who attend how to take their health and wellness back – while connecting individuals with valuable and local community resources. This event will include a variety of wellness practitioners and a variety of vendors with farm fresh whole food and chemical free products.
