Behind the Beauty and Bounty
Women's Club of Inverness holds a fundraiser for scholarships and non-profits.

The Women’s Club of Inverness (WCI) spring fashion show/fundraiser embraces My Fair Stylish Lady. The work began last spring with choosing the theme and organizing sixteen subcommittees to make the day visually engaging with elegance and surprises.
The doors open at Stonegate Conference and Banquet Center at 9:30, Thursday, April 13th. Guests can expect raffle baskets, a vendor boutique, silent auction tables, and following lunch, a fashion show by ZZAZZ.
One committee member said, “The day is so much more than a fashion show and lunch.” A participant last April added, “Something always takes my breath away.”

Last spring over three hundred guests attended. Funds raised allowed WCI to offer seventeen scholarships of $1000.00 to local students, and thirty local non-profits received grants. WCI is a philanthropic 501(c)(3) organization in its fifty-second year.
April 13th is sure to give WCI members and guests excitement and wonder along with a full heart of helping others.
