'Belligerent' Men Threatened Restaurant Staff: Palatine Police
Police said they were called to the local restaurant after the men threatened wait staff.

PALATINE, IL — Palatine police said two men were arrested and charged with disorderly conduct following an incident at a local restaurant Wednesday evening. Police said they were called to a restaurant in the 100 block of N. Bothwell Street just after 6 p.m. for a complaint of two disorderly men who were asked to leave after being belligerent to the wait staff. According to police, the two men walk out of the restaurant before they started harassing customers in the outdoor seating area, and were once again asked to leave. That's when police said the men began threatening the staff before walking away.
Police said officers located the men, 42-year-old Damon Jump (pictured left) and 47-year-old Thomas McGrath (pictured right), both of the 1100 block of E. Northwest Highway in Palatine, not far from the business.
Both were arrested and charged with one count each of misdemeanor disorderly conduct, police said.

Jump and McGrath were released on bond and given a court date of Oct. 25 in Rolling Meadows.
