Quest Academy Launches New Preschool Program
Quest Academy launches new part-time 4-year-old preschool program.

PALATINE, IL. (November 1, 2012)--Head of School, Mr. Ben Hebebrand announced today that beginning with the 2013-14 school year, Quest Academy will add a second Preschool class designed for 4-year old children.
As with Quest’s 3-year old Preschool class, the new class for 4-year olds will be a ½ day offering from Monday-Friday, beginning at 8:30 am and dismissing at noon. In serving the needs of gifted children, the Quest Preschool program goes beyond other preschools by:
• allowing children to progress at their own, often accelerated rates of learning
• concepts and skills are at a minimum one grade advanced
• recognizing and accommodating the discrepancy between a gifted child’s intellectual and social-emotional development
• providing an appropriately differentiated curriculum designed for the needs of gifted children and their unique characteristics, abilities, and interests
• providing a peer group of children with similar interests, skills, ad intellectual abilities
The program for 4’s will be capped at a maximum of 18 students. Hebebrand expects a great deal of demand for this program and encourages parents who are interested to contact Director of Admission, Leslie Kovich, for an on-campus appointment and tour.
