A Memorial Celebration for Carl Jackson Weldon, 92, will be held on Friday September 7 from 6 p.m. – 8 p.m. at the Des Plaines Elks Club, 495 Lee Street, Des Plaines, IL
Carl proudly served during WWII in the Army Air Corps. He was a longtime contributing member of the Des Plaines Elks Lodge #1526, especially editing the “Elks Tooth” and created “The Chatter”, an online Lodge #1526 newsletter.
Beloved husband of Eddavine “Daisy”, nee Hoeft and loving father of Diane (Bruce) Ramsden and stepfather of Gary (Jennifer) Carpenter and the late Dean (Dawn) Carpenter and the proud grandfather of Jamie (Kevin) Trow and Step-grandfather of Wade, Crae, Allie, Kacey, Sophia and Sacha.
