Construction Starts at Des Plaines Oasis 7-Eleven Stores
The construction is expected to continue through fall. The stores will remain open during the construction.

Work to enhance the 7-Eleven convenience stores at the Des Plaines Oasis on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway was scheduled to begin this week and continue through this fall.
The 7-Eleven convenience stores and fuel stations located along the eastbound and westbound exits of I-90 will remain open throughout the renovation work.

Temporary trailers providing men’s, women’s and ADA-compliant restrooms will be in place while construction is underway.
Improvements at the Des Plaines Oasis 7-Eleven stores will include construction of additional restrooms and expanded convenience store space.

The existing car wash structures will be removed to accommodate the new restrooms.
In addition, improvements will include expanded parking for cars and construction of a new picnic space. Truck parking will remain open throughout construction.
