D15 Special Olympics Basketball Team Earns Bronze at State
Congrats to the Blue Jays on their bronze medal!
The following information comes from a Community Consolidated School District 15 press release.Â
The Blue Jays, District 15’s Special Olympics team, brought home a bronze medal from the Special Olympics Illinois’ State Basketball Tournament, which was held March 14-16 at Illinois State University in Bloomington.Â
In addition to the bronze medal, team member Faith DiPaolo won a gold medal in the tournament’s individual skills competition
