Desmond Clark Inspires PAFA Players to Achieve Greatness

At the season kickoff, the former pro football player spent time with PAFA players and encouraged them to work hard and reach for the stars.

Former professional football player Desmond Clark attended the season kickoff meeting for the Palatine Amateur Football Association (PAFA) at downtown Palatine’s Cutting Hall July 29, 2019, and inspired the more than 200 players in attendance to work hard to achieve their dreams, and strive to do their very best - in football and in life.

Clark, who played football at Wake Forest College before being drafted to the Denver Broncos, and who also played football for the Miami Dolphins and the Chicago Bears before retiring, took the time to inspire the PAFA players by sharing stories of his childhood and how important mentors were to him in his young life. He also stressed working hard to reach goals is what should drive each of the players, on the field and in their future professional lives.

PAFA is extremely grateful to Desmond for inspiring their players at the start of the 2019 their season. To learn more about PAFA, visit palatinepanthers.com.
