Donald March Wiley

Donald (Don) March Wiley was born Feb. 23, 1958 in Palatine, Illinois. He was the son of the late Robert and Irma (Berg) Wiley. Don spent his younger years growing up in Palatine and spending time with his grandparents on their farm in Schaumburg. Don enjoyed sports, outdoor activities (especially visiting family in the Upper Peninsula in Michigan), working on cars and taking care of his special brother, Jeff. 

Don graduated from Palatine High School in 1976 and soon after moved to Marco Island, Florida. Don spent many years as a mechanic in Florida until he returned to Palatine to be closer to his family after his mother passed away.

Don always was known for telling a good story and he enjoyed visiting his nephews in Iowa.

Donald passed away July 22, from complications of COPD. He was preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Irma. He is survived by his brother Scott (Jenn) Wiley and nephews Brandon, Colten and Reid of Cresco, Ia and his other brother Jeff of Cresco, Iowa along with various aunts, uncles and cousins.

Private graveside services will be held in Michigan.
