Become a royal reader in this year’s Palatine Public Library District Summer Reading Program. Registration begins Wednesday, June 1, and all District residents ages two through adult are invited to take part in this regal roundtable of reading, fun, and prizes. Participants who complete the program will receive a t-shirt, compliments of the Friends of the Palatine Library.
New this year, sign up for the program is online. Staff members are available to help with sign up or as you track your progress online. All participants will need to have their own Palatine Library card to logon. Visit www.palatinelibrary.org anytime beginning June 1 to sign up, manage your reading progress, and share book reviews. Check to be sure your library card has not expired and has less than $5.00 in fines and fees. A quick stop at the circulation desk can tell you if your card is valid.
