The third annual Blue Whiskey Independent Film Festival kicks off with a FREE opening night event, sponsored by 101.9 fm THE MIX on Tuesday, July 24th, at Palatine Park District'sCutting Hall Performing Arts Center (150 East Wood St., Palatine). The night will start with the presentation of this year's music video selections; followed by a concert featuring Chicago based Band Called Catch. Screenings will be held each evening Wednesday through Saturday, as well as a family friendly session Saturday afternoon, followed by an awards brunch on Sunday at Emmett's Brewing Company.
