QUEST ACADEMY PRESENTS SCREENING OF “RACE TO NOWHERE,” AN IMPORTANT EDUCATIONAL DOCUMENTARY

With school reform becoming an urgent national issue, Quest Academy will host a screening of "Race to Nowhere: The Dark Side of America's Achievement Culture".  Created by a mother turned filmmaker, this documentary takes an in-depth look at the high-pressure culture that pervades schools today and how this atmosphere effects America's youth.

 "Race to Nowhere" is the only film to spotlight the intersection of health and education by illustrating the obsession with testing, performance and competition, rather than focusing on meaningful teaching and learning. 

After the screening, a panel discussion will be held.
