Fitbit Problems Abound

Fitbit, a big name when it comes to fitness tracking. The company makes everything from smart scales to high tech fitness tracking watches like the Ionic. The company just recently launched a new tracker the Versa that is surrounded by a lot of buzz. There is one major problem. The Fitbit app that is cloud connected is not working to sync apps or clock faces, so those of you that have just bought a new tracker and are wanting to customise it will have to wait. Fibit is not disclosing this information publicly unless you login to their chat and find the many disgruntled folks who have tried everything to resolve the problem on their own, even hard resetting just to come up fruitless. They do have a few moderators that are now telling everyone to just "hang in there" it will all get sorted out. That is of little solace to someone who just blew a wad of money to have a pretty much dumb smart device.

Now no one blames Fitbit for having issues as everything does, but at least let people know, communication is key, and keeping your loyal Fitbitters in the dark is a surefire way to lose them and all their money that fuels the Fitbit machine. After all it is pretty easy to switch camps and there are many attractive options out there.
