Food Trucks Driving into Palatine

Food Trucks will be in Palatine selling all of their delicious wares on August 14 from 5pm-9pm.

Food Trucks will drive into Palatine on Friday, August 14 for the 2nd annual Palatine Park District Food Truck Frenzy. The trucks will be parked in the Family Aquatic Center parking lot, 340 E. Palatine Road, from 5:00pm to 9:00pm. In addition to a wide variety of food options, the event will include free parking, free raffles, and free giveaways.

Food trucks scheduled to appear include Babycakes Gourmet Pancakes, Best Truckin’ BBQ, Chicago Pizza Boss, Flirty Cupcakes, Grill Chasers, Mario’s Cart, and Toasty Cheese. The PPD concession stand will be open during the event as well.

Lance Lipinsky & The Lovers, combining several influences of early Rock & Roll, classic Honky Tonk Country, Chicago Rhythm & Blues and 1960’s pop, will perform a free Sounds of Summer Main Stage Concert as well on Friday, August 14. The concert will be held next door to the Food Truck Frenzy at Fred P. Hall Amphitheater, 262 E. Palatine Road, Palatine from 8:00pm to 9:30pm.
