Gay Men's Support Group at Guided Path Psychological Services

Our Gay Men's Support Group is a counselor led weekly support group. Whether you are questioning, coming out or have been out and proud for some time, this therapeutic process group provides a safe space to improve your sense of connection and belonging with other gay men. Throughout the group experience, members will step out of their comfort zones exploring patterns and roles that may impact the quality of their relationships while challenging elements that may prevent us from being able to fully live our lives. Core themes explored by the group will include, but may not be limited to, isolation, sadness, sexuality, boundaries, jealousy, living gay in the suburbs and maintaining healthy communication.
