Halloween Hustle 5K and Kids Dash is Headed to Palatine on Saturday, October 28

Proceeds from the Halloween Hustle will benefit Fathers Helping Fathers, a national not-for-profit organization.

Kick off Halloween this Saturday, October 28, 2017, at the Halloween Hustle 5K and Kids Dash in Palatine, beginning at 345 N. Eric Drive and continuing through historic downtown Palatine.

Proceeds from the Halloween Hustle will benefit Fathers Helping Fathers, a national not-for-profit organization dedicated to helping fathers’ rights in the areas of parenting skills, and helping to build solid relationships with their children.

Wear your costume and join in the ghoulish fun with family and friends at this 12th annual event. Little monsters, ages 3-12, are invited to participate in the Kids Dash while ‘mummies’ with strollers can participate in the 5K.

A discounted pre-registration fee is valid until Friday, October 27. Besides a spook-tacular time, all adult 5K participants will receive a Halloween Hustle long-sleeve dri-fit shirt, a finisher medal and a goody bag. All Kid Dashers will receive a trick-or-treat bag and a youth T-shirt, along with a pumpkin at the finish line.

Immediately following the race, runners and spectators alike are invited to partake in a special after party at Tap House Grill, 56 W. Wilson Street in Palatine, where top race finishers and best costumes will be awarded.
